These terms apply when you book trash and recycle bin cleaning with Fresh Bins OK. By booking, you agree to them. They aren't a substitute for legal advice.
Our service
We power wash, sanitize, and deodorize residential trash, recycle, and yard-waste bins by hand at your curb, across the Oklahoma City metro. We clean on or shortly after your scheduled trash-pickup day, while bins are empty. You don't need to be home — just leave your bins accessible at the curb.
Pricing & plans
- One-time clean — $40 for your first bin, +$25 per additional bin.
- Monthly plan — $18 per clean (+$10 per extra bin), billed monthly.
- Quarterly plan — $28 per clean (+$17 per extra bin), billed quarterly.
Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Recurring plans include a 3-clean minimum, after which you may cancel anytime.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By starting a subscription you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the plan's rate and interval until you cancel. Your first payment is collected when you book.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel a recurring plan after the 3-clean minimum with no fees by emailing [email protected]. If we miss a scheduled clean or something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right or refund that cleaning.
Service access & weather
We can only clean bins that are empty and accessible at the curb on your service day. If a bin is full, blocked, or not out, we may be unable to service it that visit. We may reschedule for severe weather or conditions that make safe cleaning impractical.
Liability
We take reasonable care with your property. We aren't responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage to bins that are cracked or already failing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected cleaning.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
